Services
I offer facilitation, training, and coaching-style support for people and organisations who want to strengthen belonging, communication, and intercultural connection — with a human rights, trauma-aware, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) lens.
My work is practical, relational, and tailored. I pay attention to power dynamics, clarity of process, and what will be genuinely useful for the people in the room.

Training and facilitation
I design and deliver bespoke sessions for organisations, schools, and community groups — supporting people to build stronger connection and communication across culture, power, and difference. In my training and facilitation, I work with groups to bring forward people’s stories — not to put anyone on the spot, but to create space for reflection and shared understanding. This supports participants to understand and articulate their positionality in any given context: where we come from, what has shaped us, and how we’re showing up here and now. Know yourself, and the rest will follow. How often do we get the time — in busy workplaces and communities — to slow down and practise telling our story with clarity and care? An example of how I describe my approach: My trainings are grounded in intercultural research and practical methodologies, using tools such as the Intercultural Praxis model, and enriched by UN human rights frameworks, evidence-based education practice, and a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) lens — alongside trauma-aware approaches. I keep refining my work through ongoing learning — reading widely, staying current, and testing what actually supports socially cohesive, connected workplaces and communities. This kind of foundation supports improved communication, empathy, and collaboration within teams, cross-functional projects, and international contexts. Formats: workshops • team sessions • facilitated kōrero (conversations) • retreats • online or in-person & Across the globe Typical outcomes: clearer agreements • stronger trust • better ways to work with conflict • more confident intercultural communication

Coaching and "Cheerleading"
I offer coaching and cheerleading for individuals or groups navigating transition, change, or “stuck” places in life and work. By cheerleading, I mean grounded encouragement, accountability, and someone in your corner — while you stay in charge of your own direction. My approach is grounded in transformational coaching and includes an NVC lens to support meaningful connection, clearer communication, and deeper understanding. I’m happy to work with clients from around the globe (online). My coaching can support you to: Understand and articulate your positionality in any context Develop an intercultural mindset — more curiosity and confidence in diverse environments Navigate culture shock and adaptation when you’re new to a place, community, or workplace Support your learning around ADHD and dyslexia — especially if you’re newly making sense of how you show up in the world Language note: I recognise that words like “migrant” and “expat” land differently for different people, and that these terms can carry history, power, and personal meaning. You are the expert in your own story — I’ll follow your lead in how you describe your identity and migration journey, and I’ll offer support that honours dignity, choice, and context.
Collaboration and specialist support
While I’m often the first point of contact, I work in close collaboration with a diverse network of trusted professionals. If specialist expertise is needed, I can connect you with the right people — and I’m always open to partnering if you’re keen to work together.
