Sarah Macdonald
Founder/Facilitator/Programme Designer/Project Manager
I’m an educator, facilitator, and advocate with a long track record in adult learning and community development. At the heart of my work is a simple focus: helping people stay human with each other — especially across culture, power, and difference.
I’m grounded in human rights frameworks and international studies, with training in conflict resolution and trauma-informed practice. I bring a practical, relationship-centred approach to inclusion, supporting organisations and communities to build trust, work with power dynamics, and have honest conversations without shame or jargon.

I’m also committed to ongoing reflection on my own positionality in every context, and to working in ways that are respectful, accountable, and genuinely useful to the people in the room.
Alongside this work, I’m continuing my learning through Counselling and Guidance studies, with the intention of adding counselling skills to my kete of knowledge. Over time, I’ll be thoughtfully weaving this learning into my facilitation and community practice — strengthening how I support people with care, clarity, and compassion.
Collaborators & Advisors
While I’m the first point of contact, I work in close collaboration with a diverse network of JEDI professionals. Their collective expertise, unique insights, and lived experience deeply strengthen this work. Together, we bridge divides, amplify voices, and support more just and inclusive communities — grounded in understanding, accountability, and collaboration.
I’m always keen to work collaboratively, so please get in touch if you’d like to explore working together.
