Sarah Macdonald
Founder/Facilitator/Programme Designer/Project Manager
I’m an educator, facilitator, and advocate with a long track record in adult learning and community development. At the heart of my work is a simple focus: helping people stay human with each other, especially across culture, power, and difference.
I’m grounded in human rights frameworks and international studies, with training in conflict resolution and trauma-informed practice. I bring a practical, relationship-centred approach to inclusion, supporting organisations and communities to build trust, address power dynamics, and have honest conversations without shame or jargon.
I’m also committed to ongoing reflection on my own positionality in every context, and to working in ways that are respectful, accountable, and genuinely useful to the people in the room.

Collaborators
While Sarah acts as the first point of contact, she collaborates closely with a diverse network of JEDI professionals. Their collective expertise, unique insights, and lived experiences greatly enhance our work. Together, we bridge divides, amplify voices, and build a just and inclusive society, grounded in understanding and collaboration.
